With Christmas Eve falling on a weekday, there are some closures.

Most federal and state offices are closed. Regular mail will be delivered. Douglas County government offices are closed but museum facilities in Roseburg and Winchester Bay will remain open. The landfill and transfer stations will be open as well. The county’s curbside meal service and Meals on Wheels programs are closed. Law enforcement deputies and 911 communications staff remain on duty to protect the public safety and handle emergencies. City government offices around the county are closed.
