With low temperatures expected to be around the freezing mark, Winston Foursquare Gospel Center will open as a warming center Tuesday night.

Pastor Jerry Smart said the church will offer a hot meal for dinner along with cots to sleep on for the night. Pastor Smart said they will be open from 6:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
