December 14, 2021 3:40 a.m.

Staff with the American Red Cross said the organization’s blood supply is at a historically low level.

A release said at this point, some patients relying on a transfusion may not receive the blood they need. If more donors don’t come forward to give blood, some patients may potentially face delays in care.

Those who want to help can donate at the local Red Cross office at 870 Northeast Alameda in Roseburg:

*Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

*December 20th from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

*December 21st from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

*December 23st from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Those who donate through January 2nd will receive an exclusive Red Cross long-sleeved T-shirt, while supplies last.
