Roseburg Police cited a female transient for offensive littering at the Roseburg Tennis Center, on Thursday.

An RPD report said just before 11:15 a.m. the 45-year old was contacted on the west side of the property in the 1200 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. The report said the suspect has been camping there and there was an extensive amount of trash strewn about the property.

The transient was released after the citation was issued.
