Roseburg Police cited a woman for having an allegedly stolen vehicle, on Wednesday.

The RPD report said at 5:40 a.m., 40-year old Jacquelynn Brown of Madras was contacted during a traffic stop near the intersection of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and Northeast Fulton Street.

The sedan returned as stolen out of Bend. The suspect was cited for possession of a stolen vehicle, driving while suspended-violation and for driving while uninsured. Brown was released on the scene. The vehicle’s owner could not be located, so the car was towed away.
