Roseburg Police cited a man for offensive littering following an incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 3:00 p.m. multiple callers reported that the 46-year old was drinking alcohol and throwing trash at passing cars near the intersection of West Harvard Avenue and West Keady Court. An officer found the suspect sitting on the sidewalk drinking Fireball, with empty Fireball bottles all over the ground, including the street.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
