A Roseburg man was jailed for an alleged prior burglary by Roseburg Police on Thursday.

An RPD report said an officer contacted 39-year old Richard Harris in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens at 1:30 p.m. and held him for the alleged crime. Harris was charged with second-degree counts of burglary and criminal mischief and for third-degree theft. Bail was set at $57,500.
