Roseburg Police jailed a man following an investigation into an alleged strangulation incident on Thursday.

Information from RPD said at 8:20 p.m. 36-year old Kevin Steele was contacted in the 2900 block of Northeast Dorwin Avenue. He was charged with a felony count of strangulation and for harassment. Bail was set at $52,500.
