A Roseburg woman was cited after a dispute over leaves on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 2:00 p.m. the 63-year old was contacted in the 100 block of Northeast Northpark Lane. The suspect allegedly punched an elderly victim after an argument.

She was released after the citation was issued.
