ROSEBURG POLICE CITE MAN FOR SECOND-DEGREE DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Roseburg Police cited a man for second-degree disorderly conduct following an incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 1:00 p.m. the 42-year old was allegedly running in front of busy traffic in the 1700 block of North East Diamond Lake Boulevard. The report said that caused a truck driver to slam on their brakes, in order to avoid hitting the suspect. He was booked into the Douglas County jail but then was released.
