MYRTLE CREEK WOMAN MISSING

A Myrtle Creek woman is missing and staff from the Myrtle Creek Police are asking for the public’s help as they try to locate her.

Detective Kevin Taggert said Saturday at about 1:30 a.m., 77-year old Bonnie Jo Short left her residence and hasn’t been heard from since. She was driving a silver 2015 Ford Escape with Oregon license plate 900MLJ.

Taggart said Short is about 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She has grey hair and brown eyes. Short was last seen wearing blue slacks, a grey and black striped sweatshirt, black boots and a grey robe. Taggart said it is unknown where Short may have gone. Her cell phone appears to have been shut off.
