Two people were cited for second-degree criminal trespass by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 6:50 a.m. an officer contacted the pair who were camping on the third level of the downtown parking structure in the 500 block of Southeast Rose. That location allows access by permit only. The man and woman were released after the citation was issued.
