Both drivers were cited following an injury accident on Tuesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said just before 4:20 p.m. one driver was headed northbound on Northeast Stephens when she ran the red light at the intersection with Northeast Chestnut. The second driver was on his mini-bike using the crosswalk when he was stuck by the sedan. The second driver was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center where he was evaluated for head and back pain. He was treated and released according to a hospital spokesperson.

RPD cited the first driver for failure to obey a traffic control device. The second driver was cited for not having an operator’s license, driving uninsured and failure to register a vehicle.

Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
