Roseburg Police cited 2 people for second-degree criminal trespass on Sunday.

An RPD report said just after 11:10 a.m. a man and a woman were allegedly found camping on private property in the 1900 block of Southeast Stephens. The report said this was the same location they had been trespassed from earlier. They were released after being cited.
