A Roseburg man was cited for a reported harassment incident on Thursday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 9:50 a.m. the 47-year old was contacted in the 1000 block of West Stanton and was cited following an investigation. He was released after being cited. No further information was released by RPD.
