A Roseburg man was jailed for a prior alleged menacing incident, by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 4:20 p.m. 38-year old Michael Harpole was arrested stemming from an alleged incident on November 8th in which he confronted and detained the victims at gunpoint, suspecting that they had committed a crime against him.

Charges included two counts each of first-degree kidnapping, menacing, reckless endangering, and pointing a firearm at another. Harpole was detained for unlawful use of a weapon as well.

Bail was set at $837,500.
