CHI Mercy Hospice is holding a virtual celebration of life on Thursday.

Bereavement Coordinator Stan Welch said the community has experienced a lot of loss recently and the hospice program is seeing that many people feel alone in their grief. Welch said, “We just want them to know…they’re not alone…we see you”. Welch said the event will allow people to slow down and take a few moments to acknowledge loved ones lost, whether recently or in the past, and appreciate their lives.

The event will last less than 20 minutes and will include a story, reflection and a song. It will begin at 6:00 p.m. and be available at this link: https://chimercyhealth.com/memorial.html
