Oregon 138 West is now open to a single lane of traffic at milepost 10.8.

Information from the Oregon Department of Transportation said flaggers will provide traffic control. Motorists should expect delays of up to 20 minutes. The highway had been closed since early Friday morning due to a rockslide 10 miles south of Elkton. The highway may be limited to a single lane for a few days while contractors remove loose rocks on the slope next to the roadway.
