Roseburg Police cited a group of four men who were allegedly drinking in public, on Monday.

An RPD report said at 9:15 a.m. the men were contacted at Eagle’s Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson downtown. The men, ranging in age from 23 to 67, were also given exclusion warnings.
