Roseburg Police cited a woman for offensive littering and second-degree criminal trespass on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 9:00 p.m. the 59-year old was contacted in her camp that was set up at the bottom of the downtown parking structure in the 500 block of Southeast Rose.

The suspect was released on the scene and issued her second City Exclusion Notice.
