A Roseburg man was cited on weapon and drug counts by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 9:30 a.m. the 49-year old was contacted in the 1100 block of Southeast Stephens after an investigation found him in possession of a rifle and suspected methamphetamine. He was cited for possession of a weapon by a felon and for unlawful possession of meth. He was cited and released due to COVID-19 restrictions at the Douglas County Jail.
