The driver was hospitalized after a vehicle collided with a barrier on Friday.

An Oregon State Police report said just before 1:15 p.m. a vehicle was headed south on Interstate Five about a mile and a half north of the Yoncalla and Drain exit. For an unknown reason it left the roadway and struck an impact barrier. The owner of the car was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for moderate injuries. The 66-year old woman was treated and released according to a hospital spokesperson.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.
