In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Umpqua Valley Arts has the opening reception for its annual Member’s Exhibit on Friday.

Every year, UVA celebrates its artist members by having the exhibit. The event showcases artists dedication to their studio practice and to the community through the making and showing of their art. All the UVA galleries will be filled with the artist’s newest artworks.

The reception will take place between 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. It will follow current local and state health guidelines.

The exhibit will be on display through December 23rd. UVA’s normal hours are Tuesdays through Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Go to www.uvarts.com for more information about Umpqua Valley Arts.
