A Roseburg woman was cited for an alleged child neglect incident on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 9:00 a.m. the 30-year old was contacted after her child was found wandering around the 1800 block of Southeast Starmer, while the woman was asleep.

She was cited for second-degree child neglect, and then was released.
