Roseburg City Hall, the Public Safety Center and other city buildings will be closed next Thursday November 11th, in observance of Veterans Day.

Police and firefighters will continue to provide public safety on that day, which is a federal holiday to honor all veterans who have served in war or peace.

Lobbies at City Hall and at the Public Safety Center are normally open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. During the COVID-19 pandemic, residents and others doing business with the city are encouraged to do so by email, phone, or online, whenever possible.

The Roseburg Public Library is currently closed to the public. Contactless curbside pickup is offered every Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Residents can pick up library materials by placing holds by 12:00 p.m. each Tuesday at: https://roseburg.biblionix.com/catalog/. Holds can also be placed by calling the library at 492-7050 or by emailing library@cityofroseburg.org.
