A Yoncalla man was injured when his vehicle wrecked on Monday.
A report from Oregon State Police said just after 6:30 a.m. the vehicle was traveling south on Interstate 5 and was near the Sutherlin exit. The vehicle hydroplaned on the rain covered road. It hit the guard rail and then bounced off and came to an uncontrolled rest against the concrete divider.
The driver was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center with minor injuries. He was treated and released, according to a hospital spokesperson. The vehicle sustained minor damage and had to be towed from the scene.
