Roseburg Police cited a man twice in 22 hours.

The RPD report said Monday at 8:25 a.m. the 37-year old was contacted in the 100 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. He was cited and released for second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief after allegedly spitting on the windows of a business.

Tuesday just after 6:30 a.m. the man was contacted at a business in the 100 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The suspect had been previously trespassed from that location but returned. He was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and was released again.
