There are a number of COVID-19 vaccination opportunities in Douglas County this week.

*The Reedsport Traveling COVID-19 vaccination and testing clinic begins Tuesday and runs through Sunday. It will offer free COVID-19 vaccinations, COVID-19 PCR testing and COVID-19 booster/3rd vaccine dose for those who are eligible. Flu shots will be available at well. The clinic will be open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 680 Fir Avenue adjacent to the Douglas County Annex.

*Aviva Health is continuing to offer free drive through COVID-19 vaccination services to both Aviva patients and non-patients, weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 4221 Northeast Stephens Street, near Costco. Patients must be local residents, 12 years of age and older. Vaccinations are also available on a limited basis at Aviva Health’s outlying clinics in north county, Sutherlin, Glide and Myrtle Creek. People seeking vaccinations at those clinics should call 672-9596 to determine availability.

*The Cow Creek Health and Wellness Center has boosters available at the south parking lot of Seven Feathers Casino Resort in Canyonville. The drive through site is available by appointment only weekdays from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Those who received their primary dose vaccination series from CCPH, will be contacted to explain the criteria and schedule appointments. Those who got their primary dose series from another health agency and want to receive a booster dose, should call 529-9841 to schedule an appointment.
