SUTHERLIN MAN JAILED FOLLOWING ALLEGED STRANGULATION INCIDENT

A Sutherlin man was jailed following an alleged strangulation incident early Friday.

A report from Sutherlin Police said just after 2:00 a.m. 26-year old Devin Morris allegedly strangled a victim in the 2500 block of Lexington Avenue, causing significant pain and minor injuries.

Morris was charged with felony counts of strangulation and 4th degree assault. Bail was set at $100,000.
