A Roseburg man was cited after an alleged theft incident on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 9:30 p.m. the 22-year old was contacted at Fred Meyer on Northwest Garden Valley after he allegedly trespassed at the store. He was cited for first-degree criminal trespass and for third-degree theft and then was released.
