A Keizer man was arrested following a single vehicle wreck early Friday.

A report from Oregon State Police said at about 12:25 a.m. the accident took place on the northbound off-ramp from Interstate 5, near Tri City. The report said the driver allegedly displayed multiple signs and symptoms of impairment. He was charged for DUII and later cited and released in Roseburg.

The mans sedan sustained heavy front-end damage and had to be towed from the scene.
