A short outage impacted just over 12,600 customers of Pacific Power in the Roseburg area on Thursday afternoon.

Regional Business Manager Sam Carter said the outage began at 4:32 p.m. and lasted for ten minutes. Carter said the utility lost a transmission line from Dixonville, which affected three substations. Pacific Power was able to perform switching to utilize another transmission line and restore power to all customers.
