A Roseburg man was cited for an alleged theft incident by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

The RPD report said at about 1:50 p.m. the 21-year old was contacted at his home about an alleged theft that had taken place at Walmart on Northwest Stewart Parkway on October 18th. The suspect was cited for second-degree theft and then was released.
