A Roseburg man was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

A report from RPD said on July 1st, an officer took a stolen vehicle report. That vehicle was soon recovered and the officer took a DNA swab from the steering wheel. That DNA returned to 39-year old Richard Harris. The man was already lodged in jail and the new charge was added.

Harris is being held without bail.
