COVID-19 has claimed 20 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 4,161, as of Friday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 1,218 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 348,766.

OHA said the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 in Oregon is 563, which is 12 fewer than on Thursday. There are 136 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 10 fewer than on Thursday.

The new cases include:

*148 in Multnomah County

*125 in Marion County

*93 in Linn County

*88 each in Deschutes and Washington counties

*87 in Lane County

*80 in Klamath County

*65 in Clackamas County

*56 in Jackson County

*45 in Crook County

*44 in Douglas County

*32 in Malheur County

*29 in Coos County

*28 in Umatilla County

*26 in Yamhill County

*23 in Josephine County

*18 in Benton County

*17 each in Columbia. Jefferson and Wasco counties

*16 each in Lincoln and Polk counties

*14 in Union County

*8 in Morrow County

*7 in Lake County

*6 each in Baker and Clatsop counties

*5 each in Hood River and Tillamook counties

*3 in Harney County

*2 each in Curry and Wallowa counties

*1 each in Grant, and Sherman counties

The new deaths ranged in age from 46 to 91. 3 each lived in Lane, Multnomah and Umatilla counties. 2 each lived in Marion and Lincoln counties. 1 each lived in Clatsop, Clackamas, Tillamook, Deschutes, Linn, Washington, and Yamhill counties.
