Four people were cited and one was arrested for warrants by Roseburg Police between Thursday and early Friday.

The RPD report said four of the contacts included people with failure to appear warrants among their charges. One man had three warrants from multiple departments. He was taken to the Douglas County Jail but released a short time later.
