Roseburg Police cited a transient twice in eight hours on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 3:45 p.m. officers cited the 46-year old for second-degree criminal trespass after he returned to Fred Meyer on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard after being previously trespassed.

Just after 11:55 p.m. officers contacted the man again for an unrelated matter. He was found at Goodwill on Northwest Stewart Parkway. During contact with him, the officer learned the suspect had a Sutherlin Municipal Court warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed and the man was cited and released.
