A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged criminal mischief incident early Thursday.
A Roseburg Police report said at 2:00 a.m. 40-year old David Skurk was looking for a woman and found her with another man in the 3000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Skurk exited the vehicle and wanted to fight the other man, punching out the driver side window of the man’s sedan. When the man tried to leave, Skurk allegedly rammed the man’s vehicle with his pickup.
The report said the two men separated and Skurk was located at the female’s house.
Charges included first-degree criminal mischief, two counts of menacing, reckless driving and reckless endangering. He was detained on $75,000 bail.
