A juvenile was cited for unlawful use of a GPS device by Roseburg Police on Monday.

An RPD report said at about 10:00 p.m. the juvenile was contacted at a home on Northwest Keasey. The report said the juvenile had allegedly planted the device on a family members vehicle, without their consent. The juvenile reportedly told an officer that she wanted to track the family member because she wanted to know where they were going.

The juvenile was released after being cited.
