COVID-19 has claimed 23 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 3,982 as of Friday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 1,580 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, raising the state total to 341,113.

OHA reported the total number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 656, which is 43 fewer than on Thursday. There are 167 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 6 fewer than on Thursday.

*142 in Deschutes County

*141 in Linn County

*136 in Marion County

*133 in Lane County

*125 in Washington County

*95 in Clackamas County

*76 in Klamath County

*68 in Jackson County

*59 in Umatilla County

*51 in Crook County

*41 in Douglas County

*40 in Yamhill County

*28 each in Columbia and Union counties

*26 in Benton County

*25 each in Coos and Malheur counties

*23 in Josephine County

*21 in Jefferson County

*18 in Polk County

*12 each in Lake and Wheeler counties

*11 each in Hood River, Wallowa and Wasco counties

*10 in Lincoln County

*9 each in Clatsop and Harney counties

*8 in Morrow County

*6 each in Baker and Curry counties

*2 in Tillamook County

The new deaths ranged in age from 32 to 95.
