Tuesday was a quieter day than usual for the Roseburg Police, according to the police log.

One person was arrested for an active warrant from Coos County Circuit Court at about 10:00 p.m. The 59-year old was contacted after he was found sleeping in front of a business in the 500 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. The man had trash surrounding him. While he agreed to leave, he refused to clean up his garbage. The man was released from custody early Wednesday.

The RPD log showed that two people were cited and released for failing to report as a sex offender. They were contacted separately and at different locations. One person was cited for a Roseburg Municipal Court warrant after she was reported to be setting up camp in the 1200 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway.

No other arrests or citations were listed by RPD.
