Roseburg Police cited a man following an alleged harassment incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 7:00 p.m. officers responded to the 300 block of Northeast Cummings. The report said two men were involved in a disturbance which resulted in one man spraying the other in the face with Windex, and punching him. The victim’s eye was swollen and red, and he was evaluated by paramedics.

After the altercation, the suspect allegedly took the valve stems out of one of the victim’s vehicle tires, causing it to go flat. The man was cited for harassment and third-degree criminal mischief, before being released on the scene.
