Greater Douglas United Way has canceled the annual Kick-Off Breakfast for its new fundraising campaign.

The event had been rescheduled for October 14th.

Executive Director Bryan Trenkle said the decision was made due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation in the community. Trenkle said the organization wanted to help flatten the recent surge and help keep the community safe.
