A Roseburg man was cited for a failure to appear warrant after being contacted on Thursday afternoon.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 5:30 p.m. officers responded to the report of a suspicious man taking pictures of people at the Parkside Village Apartments in the 2700 block of Northeast Douglas. The investigation concluded that nothing criminal occurred but the 34-year old was cited and released for the warrant.
