Roseburg Police cited a man for alleged criminal mischief on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 9:30 p.m. the 22-year old was contacted near the 2000 block of Southeast Douglas and admitted to spray painting a retaining wall near the 1600 block. The man allegedly had paint on his fingers and a spray paint can in his backpack. He had written the word “mom” in giant letters on the retaining wall.

The suspect was released after the citation was given out.
