Roseburg Police cited a man for unlawful possession of inhalants on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 5:45 p.m. the 47-year old was contacted in a bathroom in Stewart Park after a citizen reported that he was huffing. The man was still huffing from a can of air when an officer arrived on the scene. The suspect was also found to have a Jackson County warrant for his arrest. He was released after the citation was issued.
