A Winston man remained jailed on Monday, following an alleged theft incident.

A Roseburg Police report said the 28-year old was already in custody regarding a theft incident. An officer added the charges of unlawful use of a vehicle and aggravated first-degree theft from a past case in which the suspect allegedly stole an enclosed trailer from a Roseburg business in May.

The man is being held without bail.
