LIBRARY OFFERING YOUTH PROGRAMS THIS FALL

Roseburg Public Library is offering a variety of youth programs for children and families starting in October.

These programs will be offered through December:

*On Tuesdays the library will give out grab-and-go craft kits to children and families. They will be available during the library’s drive-up pick up service every week from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

*On Wednesdays, the library will post a new story on its Facebook page at 10:30 a.m. Youth Service Librarian Aurora Ropp will have a 20-minute program featuring songs, finger plays, and stories for children ages 3 to 8.

*On the second and fourth Thursdays, the library will post a new Spanish Storytime on its Facebook page. Julia Manser will have a children’s book read in Spanish that would be appropriate for children of all ages.

*Beginning October 30th, the library will post a new musical Storytime on the library’s Facebook page the last Saturday of the month at 10:30 a.m. Dr. Mark Breckenridge will have a 15-minute program featuring a story, songs, musical instruments and a craft project for children ages 3 to 8.
