SHERIDAN MAN JAILED FOLLOWING ALLEGED CRIMINAL MISCHIEF

A Sheridan man was jailed following an alleged criminal mischief incident in Sutherlin on Thursday.

Information released Monday from the Sutherlin Police Department said at about 2:15 p.m. an officer responded to a disturbance at the Best Western Lodge on Myrtle Street. A 38-year old had reportedly kicked in the doors of several rooms.

The suspect was charged with first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $5,000.
