A Roseburg man was jailed and a Molalla woman was cited after a stolen vehicle was recovered on Sunday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 8:30 p.m. a stolen pickup was located in the parking lot of Fred Meyer in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. A 28-year woman was contacted as she was walking away from the vehicle while the 31-year old man was found inside the store. Chazz Allen was identified as the driver of the truck after allegedly lying about possessing the vehicle. Both suspects were arrested and taken to jail. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the woman was cited and released for a violation amount of methamphetamine.

Allen was also lodged for charges from other pending cases. He was held for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, for a parole violation and for the other charges. Allen was detained without bail.
